It depends on how Outlook 2000 is configured as to whether you see "Accounts" or "Services". If you see "Accounts" it means Outlook 2000 was configured for Internet Mail and "Services" means it was configured for Corporate and/or Workgroup. Go to Tools/Options/Mail Services and you will see a Reconfigure Mail Support button near the bottom.

The client has what must be a newer version where they have completely done away with accounts and send you through Tools-Services and request you attach Exchange Server services (which would never work on my system because none of my accounts run on an exchange server). I am now wondering how one sets up multiple e-mail accounts on this version which I will probably need the next time I run into it.
