It depends on how Outlook 2000 is configured as to whether you see
"Accounts" or "Services". If you see "Accounts" it means Outlook 2000 was
configured for Internet Mail and "Services" means it was configured for
Corporate and/or Workgroup. Go to Tools/Options/Mail Services and you will
see a Reconfigure Mail Support button near the bottom.

Thanks for the suggestions. Turns out that Microsoft in their ever
changing reach to innovate seems to move the location of the account pst
file for every operating system. I suppose someone at MS thinks this has
some utility. It only annoys me.

We think we have finally found the latest on the network server, as Khamsi
suggested.

The next thing I discovered is that they also move the options from the
menus. I have the version from Windows Office 2000 which has "Accounts" in
the tools menu. The client has what must be a newer version where they
have completely done away with accounts and send you through Tools-Services
and request you attach Exchange Server services (which would never work on
my system because none of my accounts run on an exchange server). I am now
wondering how one sets up multiple e-mail accounts on this version which I
will probably need the next time I run into it.
