You're not doing anything wrong -- filters catch words, not attachments. There isn't any way that I can think of to block attachments with 100% accuracy using filters.
when searching text if helps to be able to "anchor" the string, say, to beginning of line. Being able to do that in Imail pattern matching would be a big improvement, (they really ought to put full PERL regex into Imail) reduces processsing and, specifically, her false positives.
