If you UNcheck the "Refuse NULL <> Senders" option, it will fix this problem. After doing so, you should go to http://www.rfc-ignorant.org, to make sure that you are not in their spam database. I'm guessing that the mail client that is on 64.32.172.145 is dumb, and it just keeps re-trying that E-mail. Most likely, fixing the "Refuse NULL Senders" problem will prevent this loop from continuing.
