This means that you have chosen to operate IMail in a non-RFC-compliant way 
(a thanks to Ipswitch for moving this setting to the "Advanced Settings" in 
IMail v8!).  If you UNcheck the "Refuse NULL <> Senders" option, it will 
fix this problem.  After doing so, you should go to 
http://www.rfc-ignorant.org, to make sure that you are not in their spam 
database.

I'm guessing that the mail client that is on 64.32.172.145 is dumb, and it 
just keeps re-trying that E-mail.  Most likely, fixing the "Refuse NULL 
Senders" problem will prevent this loop from continuing.

FWIW, what that option does is it prevents you from receiving bounce 
messages and delivery status notifications (as well as an occasional spam).
