hmm, that's interesting since I don't get any valid mx servers when I do a
dig on the domain delphiauto.com

dig delphiauto.com mx

; <<>> DiG 9.2.1 <<>> delphiauto.com mx
;; global options: printcmd
;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 11794
;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 0, AUTHORITY: 1, ADDITIONAL: 0

;; QUESTION SECTION:
;delphiauto.com. IN MX

;; AUTHORITY SECTION:
delphiauto.com. 10800 IN SOA ns01.delphi.com.
hostmaster.delcoelect.com. 2003052701 14400 3600 604800 86400

However, I do get 4 mx servers when I do a dig on delphi.com but that is not
the domain the customer is trying to send e-mail to.
dig delphi.com mx

ns03.delphi.com. 85803 IN A 203.126.66.226

I stand by my original post that the customer needs to verify what domain
they are sending to and if it really is delphiauto.com, then they need to
contact someone at delphi and explain the problem.
