I receive email local and remote domains for a few minutes after I
restarted the server...

You  *must*  post  logs,  making  sure that SMTP is at "debug" logging
level.

The number of possible explanations for your observations is simply so
vast  that  there  is  no possible way for us to know what's happening
without more information.

Receive  and  send to local or remote domains? Include this as part of
your expanded explanation.

There  is a DEFINITE conflict with MS SMTP, so it must be disabled and
stopped and the IMail services restarted, for one thing.
