Travis, I am just giving my .02 from my observations. I am not doubting you. SpamCop is great. Then they get a little trigger happy. Then people complain. Then they are great. Then they get a little trigger happy. Then people... I am not sure if you can still review say a years worth of history, but they listed Dunn & Bradstreet 20 times last summer, from between 15 minutes in length to 6 hours in length. (I do not remember the exact times anymore.) Caused a lot of problems. Turns out some one was reporting them (most likely a spammer that knew how to fib the reports) that was the subject of collection action by Dunn & Bradstreet. Maybe they keep it clean now. But from the discussions on the Declude JunkMail list, I still have my doubts.
