Travis, I am just giving my .02 from my observations. I am not doubting you.

SpamCop is great. Then they get a little trigger happy. Then people
complain. Then they are great. Then they get a little trigger happy. Then
people...

I am not sure if you can still review say a years worth of history, but they
listed Dunn & Bradstreet 20 times last summer, from between 15 minutes in
length to 6 hours in length. (I do not remember the exact times anymore.)
Caused a lot of problems. Turns out some one was reporting them (most likely
a spammer that knew how to fib the reports) that was the subject of
collection action by Dunn & Bradstreet. 

Maybe they keep it clean now. But from the discussions on the Declude
JunkMail list, I still have my doubts.
