Yes, I searched the Knowledge base for the various error messages the clients present. If I recall correctly, I found two articles. One says "it happens" and implied it was acceptable. I'll agree. It occasionally happens and its occasionally acceptable. However, the frequency of occurrence we are experiencing is neither occasional nor acceptable. The other talked about misconfigured POP clients when one customer is experiencing the problem.
