I've made several tests over a 64k dedicated line. (and also other connection types, operating systems, hard- and software, with or without firewalls, AV-engines, ...) At the moment I generate enough traffic so that the ping delay goes over ~7500 ms I can constandly reproduce the 10054 send errors on the Imail side. I'm very interested if I'm the only Imail-Admin having this type of problem. Can you try to ask IPSwitch support?
