> My log is riddled with send error 10054. Tons!

As I can understand any single send error causes a timout-error on
client side.
I'm not 100% sure but my conclusion after long tests is that Imail has
problems with connections that has long delays (>7500 ms)

I've made several tests over a 64k dedicated line. (and also other
connection types, operating systems, hard- and software, with or without
firewalls, AV-engines, ...)
At the moment I generate enough traffic so that the ping delay goes over
~7500 ms I can constandly reproduce the 10054 send errors on the Imail
side.

I'm very interested if I'm the only Imail-Admin having this type of
problem.

Can you try to ask IPSwitch support?
I've done this some weeks ago but until now no response... :-(
