Rick,

It's very possible that the list is not accepting the email.  Enable the Posters List and add [EMAIL PROTECTED] to the authorized posters to the list where example.com is the hostname for the localhost.

Well,

I checked, and it didn't work. Anyone else got this functionality working -or any idea where it leaves the message. It seems to be sending it, but I don't see where it gets to...

Kind regards,

Rick

Tripp,

Hmm, changing the date on the server is a bit tricky with the server in production. Maybe I can try that over the weekend when mailflow is low. The mail address seems FQ to me, but maybe it needs the full serverhostname... I changed it to reflect that, see if that helps.

Kind regards,

Rick

You can force the report for testing by changing the date on your server.  It should sense the date change within a minute and send the email.  It looks like it does not know where to send the report; you need to verify the recipient address (is it fully qualified?).

Subject: [IMail Forum] Daily report issue

Hi,

I've set the Queue Manager to send a daily report to a sysadmin list. We don't get the reports though. This is what the log tells me:

20030728 000010 127.0.0.1       SMTP (00000000) Sending daily report
20030728 000010 127.0.0.1       SMTP (06B00015) processing d:\IMail\spool\Q06c84b6a.CNT
20030728 000010 127.0.0.1       SMTP (06B00015) requeuing d:\IMail\spool\Q06c84b6a.CNT R0 T1
20030728 000010 127.0.0.1       SMTP (06B00015) finished d:\IMail\spool\Q06c84b6a.CNT status=3

Anyone else familiar with this problem, and how do I solve it? Is there any way to force the report for testing purposes?

Kind regards,

Rick Harderwijk
