We've got a problem that is driving both me and our client crazy. Their
domain CHICAGOHOUSE.ORG cannot receive e-mail from certain other two or
three domains. The only indication of any problem is a NO GLUE item in the
DNSREPORT we ran.

Don't worry about that -- the only problem with "No glue" is a slight delay in the first connection to your domain (IE a web hit or SMTP connection). That's typically a delay in the order of 1/10 second.

You can fix it by having NS records that are on the .org gTLD.

We have no log entries in our logs from these domains indicating that they
have ever connected to our server.

In that case, you have to assume the problem is on their end.

This message could not be delivered to the following recipients:

:Connected to 65.86.164.132 but greeting failed.

Since 65.86.164.132 does respond with an SMTP greeting, there are a few possibilities here:

[1] Something on their end is causing the problem (such as a silly 1-second timeout).
[2] IMail's Control Access file (not Kill List) is blocking them -- be sure to triple-check this, especially if you use IP ranges
[3] A firewall or something else between them and you is blocking packets.

There do not appear to be any DNS issues, as they are attempting to connect to the correct IP. So in this case, it appears to be a networking issue rather than a DNS issue.
