I have a software development manager in a regional office reporting something I've
never heard of.
He prepared a short email with no attachments and addressed it to a number of
co-workers here. He
had 22 addresses in the "To" field and 17 addresses in the "Cc" field. He said the
email never
arrived. No error messages from Outlook or IMail. (I found nothing unusual in our
IMail v8 or
spam-filtering logs.) So he started over by sending the email to the first 22 people,
then sent the
email again separately to the other group of 17 people. He said it arrived just fine
that time. He's
now asking if there's a limit on how many addresses he can put in both fields at the
same time. Any
tips?
