I have a question for this group . . . What do you consider to be "ON TIME" for e-mail delivery?
Is it supposed to be instant messengering? It is almost as fast some times. I have clients who are upset if e-mail takes more than a minute or two to be delivered to someone. What's reasonable? Is there a "standard"?
