I have a very LOW load on this server. We have only about 100 active users
on this license with only about 30 that are very active. We use Imail for
our restaurant managers and owners. The email to the restaurant managers is
primarily for corporate email traffic (never leaves the server) and for the
owners and management for personal as well as corporate email. I have about
7 domains defined with about 1 user per domain for family vanity email and
such. I do realize that this computer is borderline, but it has been
working like a champ for three years up until this week. This doesn't
excuse the fact that Ipswitch STILL hasn't addressed what is causing the
problem (as you can see from my posts of ongoing communication).

Please, everyone report back to the webpage I created
http://www.srmservices.com/imail/ to report test results results. I know
there were at least three discussion list members that were reporting the
same problem. I really want to resolve this issue without having to upgrade
because we will wind up having to replace our server which isn't in the
budget till the 1st of the year.

Scott Morgan. First, I applaud your diligence.

One thing, I bring attention again to the hardware you are running on.
Running web services for 250 users on W2K server on PII 300 is not wise.
While I am not saying that is the root of the problem, in trouble shooting,
it is important to eliminate possibilities, not make assumptions.

BTW, I will test on my server later on and report my findings to the web
site.
