Scott Morgan. First, I applaud your diligence. One thing, I bring attention again to the hardware you are running on. Running web services for 250 users on W2K server on PII 300 is not wise. While I am not saying that is the root of the problem, in trouble shooting, it is important to eliminate possibilities, not make assumptions.
BTW, I will test on my server later on and report my findings to the web site.
