It appears that having disabled all of the anti-spam features of imail 8.01 the server is stable.
The smtp process is not clogging to the point of no one can send email through outlook express or my monitoring program can reach it on port 25. Upon examining my log files I am finding errors such as "Too many concurrent SMTP connections; please try again later." and 451 4.7.1 Please try again later 451 qq trouble creating files in queue (#4.3.0) My smtp settings are relay for address only and I have my users addresses entered. The machine this is on is a brand new box with a 2.4 ghz xeon process gig of memory and 36 gig hard drive. I have looked at the performance monitor and the cpu usage is extremely low, less then 20% at any given time with an average of about 13.5% and memory using less than 256mg so it does not appear the machine is being over worked. Can anyone help me shed some light on this?
