We are running our db server (mssql) on a Dell 4400 that is 3-4 years old. We got this message along with the associated reboot and another event message that the raid controller card battery needed reconditioning. so we reconditioned the battery through the Dell array manager and that seemed to fix the problem. That was about 10 days ago. Then last night, another server restart (but no other events):
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0x80000003, 0x80455e64, 0x00000000, 0x82001bd4). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: A. Dell 4400 Dual xenon 550's perc 3/Di controller 128 megs Raid 5 4-18 10k's Has anybody seen this and is there some problem with the controller card, battery, raid that needs to be dealt with asap?
