Just running out of ideas and hoping someone can help?

I am having a issue with my mail server queuing large amounts of mail. It started Last night, and the first thing I checked (the server load) has not increased. The only thing I notice is a lot of 10054 errors, however these errors have been going on for a while. I while back I replaced the Intel NIC with a 3com per Ipswitch's request. I have check out my network, no packet loss etc. and it seems to be ok. I have even replace the ethernet cable just to try anything I can think of. Although these errors may have nothing to do with the current queue problem.

The other weird thing I have noticed is that if I set the Max Processes higher it seems to have know affect. Don't really know it that is relevant.

FYI: No errors in Win2k Logs.

Server Info: Imail 8.02, Declude, Win2k Server, PIII 1.13 Dual Proc, 1.0 Gig RAM, Raid 5(I know not cool, long story), 3com NIC

I have tried to be a thorough as possible, hopefully I haven't missed something stupid.

Thanks In Advance.
