Not according to the manual. Under "Processing Order", page 241, a message from a server on the trusted IP list, which is first on the processing order, is delivered. I would take that to mean no other checks are performed. What do you have for the netmask on the trusted IP list? I have seen the same thing, but I suspect it was from entering a /24 mask rather than a /32. Don't know for sure, but my customer has not mentioned a problem after we changed to a /32 mask (255.255.255.255).
I also sent a message to support about this, but it was not answered.
Your message headers indicated the trigger was a non-valid reverse look up and a non-valid helo/ehelo. Do you have those options turned on? Regardless, it seems like an trusted IP entry should let the message through.

I believe that the "Trusted IP" in IMail v8's anti-spam does not act as a whitelist; instead, it just forces the IP to pass the IP-based spam tests. The E-mail will not be forced to pass the content filtering. There is no true "whitelist" that will bypass all spam tests, as far as I know.

Please explain why this message would be caught up in the spam filter.
First of all the ip address of 63.246.0.45 is one of my hosted servers the IP address is on the trusted IP list. Judging by that first line the mail should have been delivered properly without any more scanning. Also the actual mail is a form on my clients site that sends mail to both the person filling out the form and one to my client. If their forms are going to end up in the spam filter this isn't good.
Thanks
