I am getting pretty much fed up with paying thousands to upgrade my Imail, place it on a faster machine and still have serious problems. The above message was sent to me by one of my oldest users today. Ever since I have moved to 7.x and 8.x Imail has been garbage here and I am just so tired of it. The worst is the slow web mail but recently I am getting SMTP service crashing and reloading regularly about every 30 minutes ever since some of the viruses have been hitting my server. I replaced my NIC as Ipswitch suggested with no change at all. Also, me web mail is so slow in these latter versions as to be unusable. I was traveling this last week and trying to use it but loading messages takes all day. I think I may actually return to 5.x where none of these problems existed and things ran lighting fast. Ipswitch never has given me suggestions that make any material improvement in these serious problems. Is any one else in this predicament? I really don't know why I upgraded in the first place, but the SMTP AUTH finally works, but web mail is unusable and SMTP service sucks. After spending thousands to upgrade I have a system that runs essentially slower and much worse than ever, and it has pretty much ruined my email business.
