Jesse, I too have experienced this exact same problem and have found no answer to this other than to go back to my previous templates. There is an article in the database that talks about this at http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/KW-20030515-DM03.htm , but it did not resolve my problems. Like you, It is so random on customer computers and spread across browser platforms that I couldn't pinpoint the problem. Like I said, I just gave up and went back to the older templates. I have tried each release of templates + hotfixes and this still does not resolve my issue.
