Thank you, John. Your advice was dead on. For some reason, company mail is now failing Declude JunkMail's SPAMHEADERS and REVDNS tests where they were not before. [And we have made no changes to our setup, except to upgrade Declude JunkMail.] The higher spam weights have been dumping my mail into a "spam" subfolder which was evading my searches. <duh>Okay, okay... I didn't realize that I had disabled 'search subfolders' in my client's search tool last week.</duh>
Anyhoo, I'm not sure why Declude is flagging company mail that was until recently fine. [I realize that the REVDNS failure is accurate, but why was this test passing before?] Thanks again!
