Thank you, John. Your advice was dead on. For some reason, company
mail is now failing Declude JunkMail's SPAMHEADERS and REVDNS tests
where they were not before. [And we have made no changes to our setup,
except to upgrade Declude JunkMail.] The higher spam weights have been
dumping my mail into a "spam" subfolder which was evading my searches.

The first thing to do is figure out why the E-mail is failing the SPAMHEADERS test -- you can look up the code that Declude produces (from the X-RBL-Warning: header, or the log file) at the "BADHEADERS Lookup Tool" at http://www.declude.com/tools . That will let you know what the problem is -- often, it is due to an outdated mail client that needs to be upgraded.

For the REVDNS test, you should check the IP address that the E-mail was sent from at http://www.DNSstuff.com (using the "Reverse DNS Lookup" tool).
