Well I had Norton Corp AV running before I switched my server around and it would routinely tell me that a particular file was quarantined, but never had it lose all the mail in a whole folder.
IF I ever had someone question an e-mail missing, I as a matter of routine tell them that anything that comes in with a virus attached gets deleted. I have never had any complaints about that. But if there are issues with it deleting ALL the mail in a folder then that is a problem.
