Its possible that your mail server might be blacklisted. You can check at <http://www.ordb.org/>http://www.ordb.org.
Actually, that only checks 1 of the hundreds of spam databases -- the Spam Database Lookup tool at http://www.DNSstuff.com is a better option here.
