Don't think so. mail.todhunter.com resolves to 24.73.160.163 and
163.160.73.24.in-addr.arpa resolves to mail.todhunter.com and I assume
their server is EHLOing as mail.todhunter.com.

It  could  be  they are basing their decision on IP address, here's what
