Not true. The results are not applied in processing incoming mail, but
the code is always called when 'Local Users' is selected.

We  should  stop  arguing  about  the  way  somebody else's code works
without both having actually researched it. I think it should be clear
at  this  point  that  I've understood and agree with what you've been
talking  about  from  the beginning. The more options, the better, and
(my  *only*  additional  point) clearly already exists in another code
branch.
