I tried re-installing over my installation (I didn't have a current ver CD, I used the
upgrade exe). Didn't help.

The error in the syslog is as follows:

I have tried temporarily allowing relay for anyone on SMTP security and this allowed
mail to be sent via SMTP without SMTP AUTH. I then changed it back to "no mail relay"
and then it broke again. Any other suggestions?

Scott
