Hello All, I'm running Imail 7.15 with Declude Junkmail and I have a user, Mike, within my company who doesn't receive email attachments. Well, let me say that he will receive attachments sometimes, not always. To my knowledge this is only happening to Mike. He had a couple emails come to him that were cc'd to another user in my company. She received the attachments on her email but he didn't. Now, if she forwarded the same email to Mike he'd receive the attachment without issue. Has anyone seen or heard of anything like this? I thought that perhaps it was something with my rules.ima file but if that were the case I'd expect everyone to have problems receiving attachments. I can find no reason that one user would "sometimes" not receiving attached files while other can just fine.
Any help is appreciated. I looked in the Ipswitch KB and checked the archives but didn't see anything pertaining to this directly. Oh, my user is using Outlook Express 6.0.
