I'm running Imail 7.15 with Declude Junkmail and I have a user, Mike, within my company who doesn't receive email attachments. Well, let me say that he will receive attachments sometimes, not always. To my knowledge this is only happening to Mike.
My guess is that he is running a version of Outlook that blocks most attachments. Microsoft decided that since there were so many security holes in their products, it would be a good idea to have Outlook block attachments with any of about 50 different extensions.
