Hi, outlook express has a really irritating security option. Go into TOOLS/OPTIONS and click on the security tab.
There is a section of option and check boxes to fight against virus attachments. The 2nd check box is called: do not allow attachments that are potentially virus infected (or something similar). This in reality blocks all attachments that are ZIP, EXE, even some office documents (DOC, XLS). The user downloads them but does not see them.
