Anybody know of an addr blacklist that I can bounce incoming "from" addresses against using Imail's blacklist functions?

I've just started using block.rhs.mailpolice.com to use Imail's RHS blacklisting function but have yet to determine it's accuracy.
It sounds like you are trying to invent something here. :)
There are two different types of blacklists here -- [1] A sender blacklist ("ADDR(address)" in IMail), which allows you to enter E-mail return addresses which should be blocked, and [2] A RHSBL test (like MAILPOLICE-BULK and MAILPOLICE-PORN, both of which you are using), which blocks E-mail with return addresses on *domains* listed in a public spam database. The differences are that one blocks E-mail addresses while the other blocks domains, and that one is a local list while the other is a shared database.
There are no DNS-based spam databases that list E-mail addresses; just ones that list domains. That's probably because most spam is sent using a valid return address that belongs to an innocent victim (aka a "joe job").
