Put simply, your mileage may vary. I think Imail spam is a lot better suited to a corporate environment where acceptable mail is defined in a narrow range. Or its being run by a *very* hands-on mail admin with a lot of time to administer this part of the job. I just got done dealing with a livid client at the airport with his laptop, who couldn't get on his plane because Imail spam blocked delivery of his flight itinerary. expedia.com is (inexcusably) in the url blacklist. I'm hearing that Ipswitch staff is monitoring the blacklist, but errors like this persist.
