Correct, but that misses the point. They are an 800 lb. gorilla that you have to allow for. Try telling a customer to go complain to Expedia's mail admin for being an ass and watch their reaction. They were permanently blacklisted. You can find 'expedia.com' on line 6368 of url_domain_bl.txt. I just downloaded the 11/11 file set from Ipswitchand its still there. Note the global nature of the entry. In my case, the string that triggered it was 'www.expedia.com'.
