Scott was referring to your "aegonusa.com" domain. http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/lookup.ch?name=aegonusa.com&type=MX&server=&detail=0 Where if you ask dns it reports back that you have 5 mail records in dns. However there are only in reality only 2 servers, 162.123.17.224 and 198.39.7.254.

My first piece of advice, though, would be to lose your really nasty MX record -- while it looks cool at first that you have 5 MX records (2 priority 5, 2 priority 10, and a 99 -- making it *look* like you really know what you are doing, with redundant primaries, redundant secondaries, and a backup "just in case"), it's really horrible. Those 5 MX records boil down to 2 servers, your primary and a backup that is down. So a single MX record would replace the 5 that you have, function better, and prevent oddball problems.
