I've been wracking my brain trying to remember what a friend and I found to be the config. Problem with his Imail server a couple weeks ago when he couldn't send to Verizon. Just remembered: null sender. If you have refuse null sender checked, Verizon rejects the mail as coming from an rfc ignorant source.
