Go into Imail administrator | monitor and then to the notification tab and unclick the enable sounds check box - or just turn the monitor service off

Can someone point me in the right direction as to how I might find out what is causing the alarm? No other notification seems to appear, the server seems to be working perfectly. I have looked at the log files in the administrator application and can't see anything to indicate what the problem might be.
