Am not sure where it was mentioned anything was successful. The question was
due to failure of local delivery (server accepted the mail).

Thanks tho for the others stated to follow the q* file (doh.. Been working
on other serves and till stuck in postfix mode; Is that a good excuse? ;p). 

This turned out to be one of those conditions where a valid mail server was
blocked due to an open relay issue, however since "bounce" was turned off
(due to the sheer # of invalid senders whose bounce messages are
undeliverable), there was no notification sent to the valid sender.

Thanks again to all who set me on the right track :)
