Well.. I don't have a way to accurately monitor the actual load of just ASSP but if I use the overall cpu load minus the base line I'm seeing it load the processor at about 25-30% (only during email processing). I can't confirm the memory usage either but I've heard it sucks up about 10k per email. I'll send you a screen shot if you need one.
