The error you are focused on is after I changed was attempting to change back to port 25. The failure occurred before that lone. Thanks,

The problem is:

The 10048 code means "Address in use" -- in this case, IMail is trying to
use port 25, not port 2525. You should double-check that you made the
change properly, and that you stopped/restarted the IMail SMTP service
after making the change.
