The error you are focused on is after I changed was attempting to change back to port 25. The failure occurred before that lone. Thanks,
Since IMail did not show any incoming connection attempts when WebShield was deferring E-mails, I'm guessing that WebShield isn't sending to IMail on the port 2525.
You should first check to make sure that WebShield has the IP 127.0.0.1 to send to (not the public IP of the server or a DNS hostname for the server), and that the port number WebShield is sending to matches the port that IMail is listening on.
If that doesn't fix the problem, you should go through the WebShield manual to see exactly how this needs to be set up. If I recall correctly, when I was experimenting with WebShield, it was difficult to understand how to get it to act as a relay.
