I just registered a new domain (ccflv.org) and the dnsreport from
Declude:
http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=ccflv.org

complains about the glue from the parent servers.

It doesn't complain; it gives a warning (which "indicate a possible minor problem, which often is not worth pursuing").

WARNING. The parent servers (TLD1.ULTRADNS.NET.) are not providing glue for all your nameservers. This means that they are supplying the NS records (host.example.com), but not supplying the A records (192.0.2.53), which can cause slightly slower connections, and may cause some incompatibilities with some programs (if the programs are not fully RFC-compliant). This behavior is allowed by the RFCs. This will usually occur if your DNS servers are not in the same TLD as your domain (for example, a DNS server of "ns1.example.co.uk" for the domain "example.com"). In this case, you can speed up the connections slightly by having NS records that are in the same TLD as your domain.

This is the first .org that we have registered. All of our other domains (.com and .net)
pass this test.

Most .org domains have this issue.

Is this an issue with .org TLD servers?

No.

What do I need to do? Who do I need to speak with?

If you want to pursue this, you need to speak to whoever can give you .org NS records. Your NS records are ns1.lanechange.net, ns2.lanechange.net, and ns3.lanechange.net. So presumably you would contact the lanechange.net people and ask them if they have ns1.lanechange.org, ns2.lanechange.org, and ns3.lanechange.org that you can use. If not, you can find other NS records on .org to use. Or you can just ignore the issue, which most likely will not be noticeable.

In short, this is important if the speed of the first connection to your website is vital; otherwise, it isn't very important.
