I was thinking that since this one causes a lot of mis-interpretation, perhaps a reiteration on this item was warranted.
There is no "issue" worth mentioning, there is certainly no "possible problem".
When a TLD has no glue for NS's under other TLDs, that's just how DNS works. There is absolutely no reason for ANY comment.
