This is the first .org that we have registered. All of our other domains (.com and .net)
pass this test.

Most .org domains have this issue.

There is no issue. It's just how DNS is designed and works. Your report is implying that these TLDs NSs are setup wrong and/or the domains in question are set up wrong or otherwise, (when they are perfectly OK), and that is certainly how your dnsreport visitors, have been/are/will be interpreting your misleading report.

What do I need to do? Who do I need to speak with?

If you want to pursue this, you need to speak to whoever can give you .org NS records. Your NS records are ns1.lanechange.net, ns2.lanechange.net, and ns3.lanechange.net. So presumably you would contact the lanechange.net people and ask them if they have ns1.lanechange.org, ns2.lanechange.org, and ns3.lanechange.org that you can use.

Please explain why there is anything for him to do? What you're recommending is that he waste this time fixing an non-problem, and your recommendation is that re-delegates his domains to .org NSs.

If not, you can find other NS records on .org to use. Or you can just ignore the issue, which most likely will not be noticeable.

It will never be noticeable, outside of DNSreports.

In short, this is important

no, it's NEVER important, outside of DNSreports.
