Whenever my IMail server ends up getting a message rejected for delivery, it always puts "Unknown user: [EMAIL PROTECTED]" in the bounce message. Is there anyway to get IMail to post the server response (550 - user does not exist, etc.) in the bounce message? This would save a lot of time in responding to customer questions, not having to dig through mulitple meg log files.

The only way to customize bounce messages I've found is this:
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20040205-DM01.htm
but that doesn't allow me to place the variable response in messages like I'm looking for.

Thanks for any assistance,
::James Nelson
