I read this support page. but is there more explanation about this issue.
and way this happens?.

Actually, the above log file entries do not indicate a problem. We would need to see the rest of the "0504002F" entries to see what happened with the E-mail.


However, http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/[EMAIL PROTECTED] does show that you will see the "SMTP_DELIV_FAILED" message with @calrcpo.hyatt.com (even though these log file entries don't belong to the @calrcpo.hyatt.com E-mail), as their primary mailserver is down.
