OK. I searched the archives for this with no luck. This has happened several times with several different users and several different original senders at several different domains.
A user was replying to an email sent from an outside domain. He CC'd someone inside our domain. The reply made it to the person inside the domain but bounced from the address outside the domain with a "Not a Gateway" error. The log entries are below. As I mentioned, this is a reply to a message from outside our domain. A new message to the original sender goes through just fine. Any ideas? The user is definitely using our SMTP server. Thanks.
