Hi - We are using Blackberries with the Blackberry Web client in conjunction with Imail for some of the "big boys." When they are in the office their desktop mail client pulls the messages off the server before the Blackberry Web client gets them. When not in the office The Blackberry Web client pulls everything and is set to leave a copy on the server so when they come in to the office they get ALL of their mail.
I prefer the below: For other "big boys" we use Treo 300 / 600 devices with SnapperMail (IMAP COMING!!!) in conjunction with Imail. SnapperMail is a true POP3 client and I can set it to delete messages off of the server after I delte them on the Treo.
