I use a blackberry myself and take a slightly different approach: 1) I don't want to receive all of my email on the BB. 2) I know the senders, subjects and/or criteria of the messages that I want on the BB
I forward a copy of all of my email to another mailbox, then using inbound rules, I forward the messages of interest to the BB and delete the rest. Very similar to the KB article describing how to copy all inbound/outbound mail from one user to another user. This does require that I define what messages are to be sent to the BB. But it significantly lowers the quantity of messages sent to the BB (which can get very annoying with a lot of messages arriving). Hope that helps. I was wondering if anyone has a better solution. Nextel BB only gives 10MB of storage space. A few large attachments and "bounce"! (BB won't give me more space as of yet) Is there anything in Imail that can strip attachments and let the e-mail through? Anyone think that there will be an addon/plugin that will make IMAIL play nicely with BB like Exchange does? Who do we have to bug to get that, Ipswitch or Blackberry? Any ideas would be appreciated~ Thanks - Marc --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Declude Virus] To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
