Actually... what I was missing was any allusion to the rules.ima file,
which I was finally able to locate.  It's all pretty clear to me now.  I DID
check out the helpfile...  After I searched diligently through the archives
and many weeks of email from this list.  As luck would have it, not long
after I posted this question, I found the answer...
Thanx for your help.  Your answer was most enlightening...
